Prescription lenses fall into two main categories, single-vision and multifocal. Your choice will depend on whether you need correction for one distance (near or far) or a single multifocal pair for multiple distances and activities.

Complete Care from Start to Finish.

With each completed purchase, we send you a prepaid shipping kit with a protective box and UPS return label. Pack your frames securely, drop the box at any UPS location, and we handle the rest. After we receive your frames, we manufacture your custom lenses, mount them, and ship the finished glasses back to you via UPS.

ONE WAY
Ship Your Way, Save $10

Send your frames to us using your preferred carrier and method—you'll save $10 and may reduce overall turnaround time. Instructions and our shipping address are provided at checkout. We recommend trackable shipping in protective packaging; we are not responsible for damage during customer-arranged transit. We ship your completed glasses back to you via UPS.

Guarantee and Refunds

Lens Fabrication Guarantee


We guarantee that all lenses are fabricated accurately according to the prescription and specifications provided at the time of order. Each order is inspected to ensure compliance with industry standards and our internal quality controls.


Remakes


• Prescription Changes: If a licensed eye care professional issues a prescription change, we will remake the lenses at no charge, provided the request is submitted within the allowed remake period.
• Manufacturing Errors: If lenses are determined to be fabricated incorrectly based on the original order, we will remake the lenses at no charge.
• Remake requests must include the original order number and, when applicable, updated prescription documentation.

 

Returns & Refunds


• Due to the custom-made nature of ophthalmic lenses, all sales are final.
• No refunds or credits are offered for lenses once production has begun or the order has been completed.
• We do not accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to, non-adaptation, buyer preference, or ordering errors not caused by our manufacturing process.

 

Non-Adaptation


In cases of non-adaptation, we will work with the customer and prescribing doctor to provide a remake when appropriate; however, refunds are not available.


Eligibility & Timeframe
